Garbage pails and waste

Garbage pails and waste containers are emptied frequently. It is important to follow the regulations for waste disposal when using the garbage chutes. Garbage must be packer properly in closed plastic bags. This is very important for waste of diapers. This is to avoid any contamination and cause of smell from the garbage chutes.

New Access system for entrance doors on street level

Defigo Access System

The access system to the apartment blocks in St. Olav consists of a Defigo system call panel.

The access system requires the installation of the Defigo app on your mobile phone. If you have already communicated the below information to the janitors, you will receive an onboarding mail from Defigo with your user name and pass word which you use to access and administer the system. You can then enter your name which will be shown on the Defigo panel at the entrance door.

When a visitor calls from the call panel at the entrance door, you will be able to communicate with the caller and also see the person on your mobile phone. You can open the entrance door on the ground level by applying the door icon on your mobile.

The entry door on the ground level may also be opened with an access chip. Hold the chip against the access panel next to the entry door and the door will open without the use of your key. The janitor will provide you with the chip.

To give you access to the system, we need the following information for each occupant of the appartment.

If the below information has not been communicated to the janitors, you will not ba able to access the system.
